How do I book?
Send us a WhatsApp message with your date, number of guests and hotel. We confirm the pickup time and price with you, and that is it. No account, no forms.
Do I need to pay in advance?
For most tours you pay on the day, in cash (IDR) or by bank transfer. For Nusa Penida we may ask for a small deposit to secure the boat tickets.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. See our booking terms for details.
Where do you pick up?
Anywhere in South Bali (Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur) and Ubud. Staying somewhere else? Just ask.
Do your guides speak English?
Yes, all our driver-guides speak English. Other languages may be possible on request.
