Booking

Bookings are made on WhatsApp or by email. Your booking is confirmed once we send you a message with the date, pickup time, pickup place and price.

Price and payment

• Prices are per private car (or per tour), not per person, unless we tell you otherwise.
• For most tours you pay on the day, in cash (IDR) or by bank transfer.
• For trips with boat tickets, such as Nusa Penida, we may ask for a deposit to secure the tickets.
• Entrance tickets, meals and personal expenses are not included unless listed on the tour page.

Cancellation and changes

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged in full.
• Want to change the date or route? Message us and we'll do our best to help, free of charge.

Weather and safety

• If weather, sea conditions or a volcano alert make a trip unsafe, we will move it to another day or refund any payment in full.
• Boats to Nusa Penida can be delayed or cancelled by the harbour. We are not responsible for delays caused by boat operators, but we will always help you rearrange.
• Please follow your guide's safety advice at cliffs, beaches, waterfalls and on trekking trails.

Temples and dress code

Most temples ask visitors to cover shoulders and knees and to wear a sarong, which is usually provided or rented at the entrance. Your guide will explain local customs.

Children

Children are welcome. Please tell us their ages when booking so we can bring child seats and plan the day around them.

Waiting time and extra hours

Driver days include 10 hours from pickup. Extra hours can be added on the day at our hourly rate. We wait up to 30 minutes at pickup; please let us know if you are running late.

Your details

We only use your name and phone number to arrange your trip. This website does not store any personal details.
